Introducing the Healthy Smiles Club
If you are not covered by a dental benefit plan, this club is for you!

Now individuals and families without dental benefits can save at the Brandywine Smile Center. Club membership includes the following services twice yearly for each member:

• Complete Dental Examination
• Necessary X-Rays
• Routine Cleaning (excludes periodontal procedures)
• Annual OrascopticDK exmaination (adults only)
• Fluoride therapy for adults and children
• Soft tissue exam and evaluation
• Personalized home care instruction

Dental care club can not be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan. All fees are due at time of service. Membership valid for two hygiene visits per year from date of registration. Services available only at the Brandywine Smile Center. Membership is not transferable or refundable. Family membership is two adults and two children. Each additional child $150.00.
